At Livingshack, we go to great extent to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product may arrive with manufacturing defects or you have a change of preferences, hence we have made our exchange policy as easy as possible for you!

Exchange Policy

7 Days – You must exchange your purchase within 7 days upon receipt. We allow exchange of products of different values, however should the new product chosen costs higher than the product to be exchanged, you will have to top-up the difference in cost. Should the new product chosen be cheaper than the product to be exchanged, we regret that we are unable to refund the difference to you in cash, however we will provide you web credits for the difference in value, with validity of 60 days, for your next purchase. The delivery, subject to product size, will be chargeable and made known to you.

Warranty – For products that are covered by warranty, we will attend to the defects if we are able to handle them on our end, otherwise it will be referred to the respective agents of the products.

Exchange Request – Please email your exchange request to sales@livingshack.com. Please provide the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

  • Your name
  • Date of purchase
  • Proof of purchase

Please do not deliver any product before receiving a confirmation email.

Original Packaging – Exchanged product must be in original packaging, we reserve the right to not accept any product not in original packaging.

Original Condition – Any purchased product must be in the original condition to be eligible for exchange. Product that shows signs of being used will not be eligible for exchange.

Top up – Applicable only to items which have a higher cost than the to be exchanged product, the difference payable to Livingshack will be collected upon exchange of product.

Items on Clearance offer and customised items are strictly non-exchangable.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are non-returnable/non-refundable. You may exchange for another product as stated in the Exchange Policy above.

 Our decision on exchanges is final.

Such exchanges are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore.
